I have found that each employee has something that motivates them in their work. For some it is a monetary incentive,i.e, raise or bonus, for some praise/recognition, for others higher responsibility,i.e. position promotion/title change. If you are serious about implementing this then just have conversation with your employee(s) to get a sense as to what they would like. This could be an interesting conversation.
